WE BELIEVE THAT LOCAL IS FRESHER, AND FRESHER TASTES BETTER.

That's why we buy from local producers and from farmers we've actually met. We serve fresh pastas from Portland's Classic Foods, seasonal produce from Cal Farms in Oregon City, Howard Clcagno Farms in Aurora (among many others), sustainably-raised meats from Fulton Provisions, Yamhill County Mushrooms, HerbCo Organics herbs, and locally roasted coffee from Portland Roasting. This means we can offer quality food and drinks to our guests while we support Northwest producers and Oregon's agricultural economy. WE BELIEVE IN OUR COUMMUNITIES
Since we opened the first Pastini in 2001, we've donated over $350,000 to local schools and organizations through our Pasta-thon program and other gifts. We love Oregon and we are committed to giving back to the communities that support us.
